In our office visit sessions, I utilize gentle, intuitive techniques to create a safe space for healing. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, emotional trauma, or physical discomforts, I will connect with your energy to understand your body’s unique needs. You may experience sensations of relaxation, warmth, or even lightness as we work together to restore your inner balance.

Each session begins with a brief consult, allowing us to discuss your expectations and areas of concern. I will then intuitively guide the session, honoring the messages your body communicates. Many clients find themselves deeply relaxed, often expressing feelings of tranquility and rejuvenation as the body responds. After the session, we review your experience to identify changes you can integrate your into your lifestyle and relationships.

NEW! On-site Chair Reiki Sound Healing for Corporate Wellness Programs, Staff Appreciation Events, and Health Fairs and Conventions, offering short therapeutic sessions at your office or event location as a perk for employees, recognizing the link between stress reduction, increased focus and productivity. On-site Chair Reiki is performed while the recipient is fully clothed, seated comfortably in a portable massage chair or just a regular office chair. This makes it easy to fit into a lunch break or a busy schedule. Boost morale and job satisfaction by showing your employees that they are highly valued and an asset to your business success!

NEW! Reiki Sound Healing Clinics using various sound instruments (the harp or tuning forks) to create an auditory and vibrational "sound bath." Participants either lie down or sit comfortably while Lisa administers brief, hands-on reiki to individuals in the group, providing an energetic “tune-up” to everyone. Sound healing is added to elevate your experience and encourage the brain to enter a meditative or deeply relaxed state. In essence, a reiki clinic with sound healing offers a powerful, multi-sensory journey designed to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit by working with both focused energy and vibrational frequency. Experience the benefits of a combined Reiki + Sound Healing 60 minute session in a budget-conscious and community-oriented setting. Classes are offered at True North Integrative Osteopathic Institute in Downtown Flagstaff.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I have honed my skills through various specialized certifications, including MyoFascial Release, NeuroMuscular Therapy, and Shamballa Reiki Master. I believe that healing is a collaborative process, and I am here to support you on your path to wellness.
