Xeomin
Merz's Xeomin is a prescription medication, also known as incobotulinumtoxinA, that is injected into muscles to treat certain neurological conditions and reduce the appearance of facial lines. A key distinguishing feature of Xeomin is its "purified" formulation, which is free of the complexing proteins (additives) found in other botulinum toxin products.
The purified formulation of Xeomin offers a potential benefit over other botulinum toxin products:
Reduced risk of antibody formation: Because it is free of accessory proteins, Xeomin may have a lower risk of causing the body to develop neutralizing antibodies. These antibodies can attack the active toxin and decrease its effectiveness over time.
Option for treatment resistance: The low risk of antibody formation makes Xeomin a viable alternative for patients who have developed resistance to other neurotoxins.
The most significant difference between other neurotoxins is that Xeomin's formulation as pure botulinum type A potentially reduces the chances of triggering immune responses (such as allergic reactions) and antibody formation that can lead to treatment resistance and reduction in effect and longevity.

Radiesse +
Merz’s Radiesse is a dermal filler that uses synthetic calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) particles suspended in a gel. These are synthetic microspheres that are very similar to minerals found naturally in the body, and they are the key active component that stimulates collagen production. An allergy test is typically not needed because the main ingredient is a substance similar to what the body naturally has.
Key features and benefits
Immediate and long-term results: Radiesse provides instant volume upon injection, which is then supported by the body's natural collagen and elastin production.
Collagen and elastin biostimulation: The CaHA microspheres act as a scaffold, prompting fibroblasts to create new collagen and elastin for improved skin thickness and texture over time.
Long-lasting effects: Depending on the individual, treatment area, and lifestyle, the effects of Radiesse can last for up to two years.
Dual-purpose product: It can be used for both facial rejuvenation and hand volume correction, and the specific formulation Radiesse (+) is FDA-approved for jawline contouring.

Belotero Balance +
Merz’s Belotero Balance+ is an injectable dermal filler made from cross-linked hyaluronic acid designed to fill moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds, and to address hollows under the eyes (infraorbital hollowing). Its unique formulation allows it to seamlessly integrate into the skin, making it ideal for treating mobile, highly-expressive areas and providing natural-looking results.
Ingredient: Made of hyaluronic acid, which is naturally found in the skin.
Function: It works by binding to water to create volume, smooths wrinkles, and fills in depressions.
Formulation: A smooth, flexible gel that integrates seamlessly into the skin for a natural feel and appearance.
Lidocaine: The (+) version contains lidocaine to reduce discomfort during injection. See Contraindications below.
Provides a volumizing effect on glabellar lines, nasolabial lines, marionette lines, lip contours, and lip volume.
Results: Typically last for about 6 months or more, though duration varies by individual and injection site.
Integration: Its properties allow it to maintain gel integrity while integrating evenly into tissue, which is important for areas with little room for swelling.
Contraindications: Should not be used by people with a history of anaphylaxis or multiple severe allergies, or those with a known hypersensitivity to lidocaine or amide-type anesthetics.
